A person reviews every request before anything is removed, because deletion is permanent and a mistake cannot be undone. Requests are completed within 30 days, and normally far sooner. The status page above tells you the moment it is done.
We do not keep a copy of deleted personal data beyond what's required for fraud prevention or legal compliance, which we retain for up to 90 days before permanent removal.
You can delete your account from inside Amader Tangail, under your profile, without any of this.
Email support@sayadbayezid.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request", from the address you registered with or quoting the phone number you used. It is handled by hand, on the same 30-day commitment.
