1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Connect with Bayezid ("we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of www.sayadbayezid.com and any application, tool, bot, or integration we operate. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2.Our Services

Connect with Bayezid is a digital agency based in Bangladesh. We design, build, and manage websites, applications, and integrations with Meta's developer platform — including Facebook Login, Instagram Graph API, Marketing API, Webhooks, App Events, Catalog API, Jobs, Fundraisers, App Center, Messenger, Web Payments, and the WhatsApp Business Platform — for our own use and on behalf of client businesses. Specific project scope, deliverables, and pricing for client engagements are set out in a separate agreement with that client; these Terms govern general use of our website and applications.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services on your own behalf. If you're using our services for a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

4.Accounts & Client Engagements

Where an application requires an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Where we act as an agency connecting a client's Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business number, or ad account to our tools, the client remains the owner and controller of that business asset and is responsible for the accuracy of information it provides and for its own compliance with Meta's policies.

5.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful
• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam through any integration, including WhatsApp or Messenger
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our services or security
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to connect a business asset
• Violate Meta's own Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Community Standards, or WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy

6.Meta & WhatsApp Platform Use

Our integrations operate on top of Meta's platform and are subject to Meta's own Platform Terms, in addition to these Terms. Where we send WhatsApp messages on your or a client's behalf, we only do so for recipients who have opted in, and only for the purpose disclosed at opt-in. We reserve the right to pause or decline any use of our integrations that we reasonably believe would violate Meta's policies or put a shared business asset (such as a WhatsApp Business Account or ad account) at risk.

7.Intellectual Property

Our website, branding, and any tools we build remain the intellectual property of Connect with Bayezid unless a separate written agreement transfers specific ownership to a client. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our tools or content without our written permission.

8.Fees & Payment

Where our services involve a fee, pricing and payment terms are agreed separately per project or subscription. Payments made through Meta's Web Payments or a third-party payment processor are subject to that processor's own terms; we don't store full payment card details.

9.Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party platforms, primarily Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp). We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the availability, performance, or policy changes of those third-party platforms.

10.Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect with Bayezid won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, or for the acts, omissions, or policy changes of third-party platforms like Meta.

12.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Connect with Bayezid harmless from claims arising from your misuse of our services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13.Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or puts our systems, users, or Meta relationship at risk. You may stop using our services at any time.

14.Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tangail, Bangladesh.

15.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services or applicable law change. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll provide reasonably prominent notice.
