In short
Connect with Bayezid ("we," "us," "our") builds and operates digital products and integrations on Meta's platforms — for our own website and, where we act as a digital agency, on behalf of client businesses. This Policy explains what data we collect through those integrations (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp Business Platform included), why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can access, correct, or delete it. One copy of this Policy, at one URL, covers every application we currently operate and every application we add in the future — so this same link can be entered as the Privacy Policy URL for any of our Meta Developer apps.
1.Scope of This Policy
This Policy governs data processed through www.sayadbayezid.com and through any website, application, bot, tool, or integration — current or future — that Connect with Bayezid registers, owns, or operates on Meta's developer platform. It is written to remain valid as we add new products, so a single link can be reused across every Meta app in our account without drafting a new policy each time.
As of the effective date above, this Policy specifically covers the following Meta Platform products and services:
Meta Platform & Graph API products
WhatsApp Business Platform
If you are visiting this page from a specific Connect with Bayezid product, that product may only use some of the items above — the sections below describe how information is handled if and when a given feature is active.
2.Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
Depending on which product you use, this may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, job listings or applications, catalog/product information, payment or order details (processed by Meta or a licensed payment processor, not stored by us in raw form), messages you send us, and any information you submit through a contact form, signup flow, or WhatsApp conversation.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our website or use our tools, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and log information: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, and approximate location derived from your IP address. See Section 8 for how cookies and similar technologies are used.
2.3 Information we receive through Meta Platforms
The table below summarizes what each integration can provide us. We only receive data for the specific permissions each product/user has actually granted — we do not request more than a feature needs.
| Product | What we may receive |
|---|---|
| Facebook Login | Public profile, name, email address, and any additional profile fields you explicitly approve during login (e.g., profile photo). |
| Instagram Graph API | Connected Instagram professional account details, media you authorize us to publish or read, comments/mentions, and content performance insights. |
| Messenger Platform | Message content and attachments sent to a Connect with Bayezid or client Page, sender's Page-scoped ID, and conversation metadata (timestamps, read status). |
| Webhooks | Real-time event payloads for the specific subscriptions we configure (for example, a new message, a page mention, or a catalog update) — only the fields included in that event type. |
| App Events | Aggregated or hashed interaction events (installs, purchases, custom events) used for analytics and, where enabled, advertising measurement. |
| Marketing API & Audience Network | Ad account, campaign, and ad set performance data; and, where a Custom Audience is built from a customer list, SHA-256 hashed identifiers (such as hashed email or phone number) that we upload for matching. We never upload identifiers in plain text. |
| Catalog API | Product or service listings (titles, prices, availability, images) that a business submits for display across Meta's commerce surfaces. |
| Web Payments | Order and transaction metadata (amount, status, order ID). Card and full payment details are handled directly by Meta's or the payment processor's systems and are not stored on our servers. |
| Jobs | Job postings and, where applicable, applicant information submitted through Facebook's Jobs feature. |
| Fundraisers | Fundraiser details and donor engagement metadata (donation processing itself is handled by Meta or its payment partners, not by us). |
| App Center | Basic app listing and usage information for discoverability purposes. |
3.WhatsApp Business Platform — How We Handle Your Data
Because messaging carries especially sensitive information, we're giving WhatsApp its own detailed section covering every WhatsApp Business Platform product we use.
Cloud API & Cloud API — Calling
We send and receive WhatsApp messages (text, media, template messages, and interactive replies) and, where enabled, voice/video calls through Meta's Cloud API. Messages travel end-to-end encrypted between you and Meta's servers; Meta decrypts them to route to our systems, where we can read the content to respond to you. Call metadata (initiation, duration, and status) is handled the same way when Calling is active.
WhatsApp Business Account Management
We manage business profile details tied to a WhatsApp Business Account — display name, category, profile photo, business description, and the verified phone number(s) connected to that account.
Embedded Signup
When a business connects its WhatsApp number to our systems through Meta's hosted Embedded Signup flow, we receive the business's WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, and the permissions granted during that flow — not your Facebook password or unrelated account data.
WhatsApp Flows
Where we use WhatsApp Flows (structured in-chat forms — for example, booking an appointment or completing a short survey), we receive the responses you submit inside that form.
Marketing Messages API & Direct Send API
We use pre-approved message templates to send opt-in marketing, reminder, or notification messages, and we track delivery, read, and opt-out status so we can honor your preferences.
Coexistence — Messaging
Where a business uses the WhatsApp Business app and the Cloud API on the same number at the same time, conversations may be visible and synced across both interfaces for that business's own team.
Opt-in, opt-out, and how we use WhatsApp messaging
- We only message you on WhatsApp after you've shared your number and clearly opted in to hear from the specific business (Connect with Bayezid or the client business we're messaging on behalf of).
- We use WhatsApp messaging strictly for the purpose disclosed at opt-in — for example, customer support, order updates, appointment reminders, or the marketing communications you agreed to receive. We do not repurpose WhatsApp conversation data for unrelated advertising.
- Where we use automation or bots inside WhatsApp, they perform clearly defined, predictable business tasks (like routing a support request or confirming a booking) rather than open-ended, general-purpose AI chat, consistent with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
- You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" (or the equivalent local keyword), blocking the business number, or contacting us directly — see Section 17.
- We do not ask for or store full payment card numbers, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or health information through WhatsApp.
- On Meta's Cloud API infrastructure, message content and per-message user identifiers are retained by Meta for a maximum of 30 days to support core delivery features (like retransmission); our own retention of conversation history on our side is described in Section 9.
4.How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain our website, apps, and client integrations
- Authenticate you and personalize your experience (e.g., Facebook Login)
- Send transactional messages, support replies, and — where you've opted in — marketing communications
- Process orders, catalog listings, job posts, or fundraiser pages you submit
- Measure and improve ad performance through Marketing API, Audience Network, and App Events
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our own terms
- Build and improve our products, including through aggregated or de-identified analytics
5.Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or Bangladesh's Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent (for example, WhatsApp opt-in or marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time), performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services (balanced against your rights), and compliance with a legal obligation. Hashing personal data before sending it to Meta for advertising (see Section 2.3) does not by itself provide a legal basis — where we build Custom Audiences from customer data, we first confirm we have valid consent or another lawful basis for that use.
8.Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. When a client relationship or app connection ends, or Meta's own Platform Data rules require it, we delete or de-identify the associated Platform Data unless we're legally required to keep it. WhatsApp conversation history is retained only as long as needed to support the customer-service purpose it was collected for, and no longer than our contractual arrangement with the relevant business.
9.Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction — including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and hashing of identifiers before they're shared with advertising platforms. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.International Data Transfers
We are based in Bangladesh, and Meta's global infrastructure may process and store data outside your own country. Where required, we and Meta rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism) for these cross-border transfers.
11.Children's Privacy
Our products are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age required by applicable law (generally 13, or higher where local law sets a higher age) without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12.Your Privacy Rights
If the GDPR/UK GDPR applies to you
You have the right to access, correct, or erase your data; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting past processing.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal data). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Under Bangladesh's Personal Data Protection Act, 2026
As a data fiduciary/controller under this Act, we recognize your rights to access, correct, and erase your personal data, and to object to automated decision-making, consistent with the Act's consent-centric framework.
To exercise any of these rights, use the contact details in Section 17 or the deletion steps below.
13.Data Deletion Instructions
This section doubles as our Data Deletion Instructions for Meta Platform apps — the same URL you're on now can be used as both the Privacy Policy URL and the Data Deletion Instructions URL in any Connect with Bayezid app's dashboard.
- To remove an app's access to your Facebook or Instagram account: open Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find the relevant Connect with Bayezid (or client) app, and select Remove.
- To stop WhatsApp messages: reply STOP to any conversation, or block the business number directly in WhatsApp.
- To request full deletion of any data we hold about you: email us at the address in Section 17 with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including the product/app name and the email, phone number, or account you used.
- We will confirm your request and complete deletion — except data we're legally required to retain — within 30 days.
14.Third-Party Links
Our products may link to third-party sites and services, including Meta's own platforms. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties — please review their policies separately.
15.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as our products, or applicable law, change. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll provide reasonably prominent notice on our website or within the relevant app.
